If the project has already started, refunds and cancellations are not allowed.
Tax and platform fees are not included in the price. PayPal fee is 4.4% + $0.30 added to the total price.
I am not responsible for any copyright issues caused by client-provided materials.
All assets and materials MUST be ready before the project begins (e.g., music, illustrations, logo, etc.)
If you have specific preferences for style, colors, design, or overall look, please provide them in advance along with any references or inspirations. Otherwise, I will improvise based on the song and my creative freedom.

A 50% down payment is required before starting. Cancellation means the payment is forfeited. You may delay or reschedule once; a second delay will result in losing the slot and payment.
All projects will be created in 1920×1080 resolution at 30 frames per second by default, and the final files will be delivered in MP4 format, unless otherwise requested.
A low-quality (LQ) preview will be provided once the project is finished. The high-quality (HQ) final file will be delivered after full payment is completed.
Revisions only apply outside of my personal mistakes (e.g., wrong lyrics or assets). Extra revisions will incur additional fees.
